1 returns and refunds must be made with 30 days from the date of purchase
2 All returns must have the order number noted on the return
3 All returns must have the e-mail with that was used to order
4 All returns should have a note explaining why item was returned
5 Items must be shipped to our main office at Headbolts.com 20 mirona rd Portsmouth NH 03801
6 Refund will be for the full amount of the product purchased
7 All refunds will be credited back to you with in two working days
8 All funds will be credited back to the same source as the original payment
9 ARP products must be returned in original box , unused if original packing is damaged or missing, return may be denied if a repack charge may apply
we do ask for a reason for the return to make our site better all the time
