1 returns and refunds must be made with 30 days from the date of purchase.
2 All returns must have the order number noted on the return.
3 All returns must have the e-mail with that was used to order.
4 All returns should have a note explaining why item was returned.
5 Items must be shipped to our main office at Headbolts.com 20 mirona rd Portsmouth NH 03801.
6 Refund will be for the full amount of the product purchased.
7 All refunds will be credited back to you with in two working days.
8 All funds will be credited back to the same source as the original payment.
9 ARP products must be returned in original box , unused if original packing is damaged or missing, return may be denied and or if a repack charge may apply .
We do ask for a reason for the return to make our site better all the time.
You my return them for any reason as long as you can meet the above polices.
